Returns of merchandise are not permitted without our prior approval. All claims for shortages, errors or defective material must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. All returns must have our Return Goods Authorization Number. Failure to do this places the merchandise at our disposal. Invoice number must accompany all returns, and freight must be prepaid. If the error is ours, freight and replacement credit will be issued. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

All thermoformed  ATV plastic products produced by Maier Mfg. Inc. are warranted against breakage for a period of one year from date of purchase, with the sales slip as proof of purchase date. Warranty is limited to a one time replacement of defective part only. Parts other than those thermoformed or injection molded do not carry a warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
