Large Cartons:

• 90lb  Rate Standard Oversized Box       $40.00 United States
• 90lb  Rate Standard Oversized Box      $50.00 Canada
• 106lb Rate Triangle Oversized Box       $70.00 United States
• 106lb Rate Triangle Oversized Box      $100.00 Canada

•  The box pound rate does not reflect the actual weight of the products.  Due to the size of the products they must be shipped in oversized boxes at these pound rates.  Oversized box charges and hidden surcharges are included in our flat rate shipping.
• We ship UPS Ground to the 50 states and to Canada.

All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped from Maier Mfg. Inc. For any damaged package, Maier will file claim with the carrier. Call Maier within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods and save the damaged carton for possible carrier inspection. Failing to do so will jeopardize your being compensated for damaged goods.

All thermoformed  ATV plastic products produced by Maier Mfg. Inc. are warantied against breakage for a period of one year from date of purchase, with the sales slip as proof of purchase date. Warranty is limited to a one time replacement of defective part only. Parts other than those thermoformed or injection molded do not carry a warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
